Formed by the surviving members of British band Joy Division after the suicide of lead singer Ian Curtis, New Order (consisting of Bernard Sumner, Peter Hook, Stephen Morris, and Gillian Gilbert) was one of the seminal bands of the 1980s, with innovative instrumentation, catchy hooks, and brooding, intelligent lyrics. Two separate programs are presented here: A COLLECTION is a complete compilation of New Order`s videos, and NEW ORDER STORY is a much-expanded version of a documentary about the group that was originally released in 1994.
